Challenge: VShred doesn’t have one program that houses all back-office functionalities for Trainers and Customers.
Solution: Designing a fluid backoffice Trainer app will allow the trainers to maintain every part of the customer journey - while offering customers an easy one-stop-shop for all of their information, programs, and plans to be housed.
